4-Day Return Period
We offer a 4-day return period from the date you receive your order. If within this time frame you find that the product doesn't meet your expectations or has any defects, we are here to assist you. The returns are non-chargable and we don't charge any processing fee for refund initiation.
How to Initiate a Return?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

WhatsApp us on 7989871381 within the 4-day period, stating the reason for the return. You can always contact us from the CHAT option in the website.
- Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all the items of the order in case of a combo pack.
- Keep all the items of the order in the package received and handover to the return pickup agent at your door step. Generally the return pickup takes 2-3 business days.
- While informing about the return, our customer team will ask for either RETURN or REPLACEMENT.Let us know your opinion and we will process accordingly.
Eligibility for Returns
Return Shipment: We will also offer a replacement for the product. A coupon code will be issued if any extra amount needs to be paid for the replacement. Please allow 3 business days for the return pickup to be processed. The money will be credited to your account after the product is picked in return.
Common Conditions for Return and Refund Approval to ensure a smooth return and refund process, please note the following conditions:
● Unused Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
● Initiate Within 4 Days: The return must be initiated within the specified 4-day
period from the date of receiving the order.
● Approval Process: For more authenticity, our support team might ask for videos of the product. If everything is fine, the return pickup will be generated.
● Product Integrity: The product must be in resalable condition with all
accessories included.
Unpacking Video Recommendation to expedite the return approval process, we recommend creating an unpacking video when you receive your order. This video can serve as evidence in case there are any discrepancies or defects. Please include clear footage of unboxing, showcasing the product, and highlighting any concerns.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal or higher value (with price difference adjustments). Follow the same steps as a return request, but mention that you would like to exchange the item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at returnsandexchanges@silvercarats.in with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Refunds Processing Time
- Our Courier partner will only come to your doorstep for return pickup of the product.
- Once the order gets picked by courier, we will initiate the refund to the payment source within 24 hours. The refund processing will take 3-4 business days to credit the money to your account.
- UPI payments will take 2-3 business days for refund. Credit Card, BNPL will be dependent upon the issuer. Maximum time in any case will be 5-7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
