Once we receive the customer order, we will pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch. Generally, processing time takes 12-48 hours. Once the order gets dispatched, we will share a live tracking AWB number where the buyer can track their order status in real-time.

HOW MANY DAYS TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed swiftly from our warehouses, and we strive to deliver your order promptly. Due to the high demand for our products, please anticipate an estimated delivery time of 7-12 days. All the metropolitan cities will have lesser delivery time of 4-5 days.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
For multi-item orders, each item may originate from a different warehouse to expedite delivery. Additionally, if an item is in high demand or on back order, we may ship your items separately to avoid delays in delivering your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
While we strive for seamless delivery, instances like packages getting stuck or lost in transit may occur, despite our best efforts. Rest assured, all our orders are shipped with insurance.
